Valentine's Day as a kid is the best!! We had our annual Valentine's making party where we put together class Valentine gifts. Then we enjoyed sweets/candy after as a reward for hard work! This year is extra special because it's Charlie's first time participating. He loved finally getting to make his own Valentines and was so careful to make sure he didn't miss a single classmate. We hope their friends enjoy their Valentine's made with love from Charlie, Millie and Cayley.

I can't believe it's almost Thanksgiving and I'm just now getting a chance to share Halloween photos. We had a special girly afternoon at the happiest place on earth during Halloweentime where my littles got to transnform into princesses at the Bippity Boppity Boutique. Millie chose Belle and Cayley chose Elsa's unique green springtime dress from Frozen Fever. Cayley corrected us and let us know that she is not a princess, rather a Queen 👑. I love creating these special memories with my girls! They haven't stopped talking about this magical moment since!

Such a wonderful afternoon this past weekend celebrating Jen's baby on the way! Cannot wait to add another little one to our girl gang. Even though we live far apart, I'm so happy we can raise our little ones together!

✏️MILESTONE UNLOCKED!✏️ The summer flew by! We had many amazing adventures and experiences. Now it's back to school time and I'm not quite ready but today is Cayley's first day of 1st grade, Millie's first day of TK and Charlie's first day of full time pre school! Wishing my babies a wonderful school year!

Happy 4th birthday to my sweet 2020 baby, Millie Lin Girvin!! She is the most caring big sister, a wonderful little sister and a true light in our lives. We kicked off her celebration on Friday by sharing treats with her pre school friends at school and having family over in the evening! Please help me wish Millie an amazing birthday!!

Happy 6th Birthday to my Summer Solstice baby Cayley!! We are so proud of her and have loved watching her grow and develop into such a bright, creative and inquisitive human being.

In the BLINK of an eye, she went from fitting into the palm of my hand to a brave young lady who chose to read to all her kindergarten friends during her class birthday party. Wishing Cayley a happy, healthy and wonderful year ahead.

Happy Mother's Day to all the moms out there! My day was hectic and exhausting with solo parenting 3 babies. Up until 2am with my baby boy, then the girls woke me up at 6am. We were late for church, scrambling all day, I booked a fancy brunch to treat my kids where I had to scarf down my meal, they threw food, cried and spilled water on everything. Despite the chaos I still feel blessed that I got to spend all day with my kids and even more blessed to be their mom!

Here's to all the moms who didn't get a relaxing Mother's Day off! Some moms are single parents, some moms have partners who work and some moms have young babies who won't let them rest no matter what day it is. If you also didn't get the picture perfect, relaxing day, you are not alone!

However, rest assured that once my solo parenting duties are done next week, I'll be taking a full day and night off so I can actually get some sleep in a hotel!

Today I enjoyed a Mother's Day Tea Party hosted by our wonderful preschool. The kids sang and presented us with sweet cards before we all got to indulge in tea party treats! Cayley got to sneak in from her kindergarten class before going to gymnastics so I got to spend quality time with all 3 of my babies! Wishing all the moms an amazing Mother's Day weekend

FUN FACT! Did you know that more food gets consumed on the Big Game Sunday than any other day in the US including Thanksgiving?! I believe it with how much we ate yesterday!

Huge shoutout to the University Club Atop Symphony Towers for hosting an amazing watch party with the best food spread, sweet treats, drinks and gorgeous views plus providing activities to keep the kids entertained!

Charlie missed out due to feeling under the weather but the girls had the best time with mom and a few of their school/ church friends. I love spending quality time with my kids and creating specials memories and experiences with them.

Happy 6 year anniversary to my honey, Rodney Girvin Pianist & Organist! We had a wonderful time celebrating with a bubbly toast at the University Club Atop Symphony Towers, then an amazing 5 course meal at Cafe Sevilla!

Every year I get Rodney the traditional gift that corresponds with the number of years we have been married. Year 6 is IRON! I have fun with the gifts and interpreting the theme. This year I got Rodney a Disney card with meat (and a pun) because meat has iron, an IRON MAN pin for his lanyard that he loves to wear around the parks and a cast iron skillet for him to cook more meat!

Can't wait to see what the next 6 years has in store for us!
