🌱 Rising to 1,993 meters at its highest peak, Torre, the range is part of the Serra da Estrela Natural Park, the largest protected area in Portugal.

🌱 Visitors to Serra da Estrela can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, skiing and snowboarding in Winter.

🌿 Situated along the Rio Douro (Douro River), Régua is a gateway for scenic river cruises, providing picturesque views of the terraced vineyards that characterize the region.
🌿 The Museu do Douro (Douro Museum) is a notable attraction, showcasing the history and culture of the region's wine production.
