At 16, in Kenya in 2000, the shame of teenage motherhood weighed heavily on me. But being given the chance to host a radio show transformed my life. By 19, I was hosting events, and the microphone became my lifeline, restoring my sense of worth and purpose. I cling to it still, a symbol of my resilience and belief in personal growth.

À l'âge de 16 ans, au Kenya en 2000, la honte de la maternité précoce m'a profondément marquée. Cependant, le fait de me voir confier l'opportunité d'animer une émission de radio a transformé ma vie. À 19 ans, j'animais des événements, et le micro devenu mon bouclier, restaurant mon estime de soi et mon but. Je m'y accroche toujours, symbole de ma résilience et de ma foi en la croissance personnelle.
