It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we formally announce the loss of our leader, friend, and brother Ryan Olson. Words cannot describe how devastated we all are by his passing.

Ryan touched many lives, both inside and out of Caliber. Although Ryan’s first priority was his family, he gave his heart, blood, sweat, and tears to Caliber every day he was here. In fact, when Ryan passed he was identified quickly as a Caliber representative wearing both his Caliber shirt and hat.

For those of you who didn’t know Ryan, he was one of the most genuine, caring, energetic, and loving men anyone could be blessed to know! For those of you that did, like I am, I feel so grateful for the time I had to learn, live, and laugh alongside him.

Ryan had the unique ability to make anyone feel welcome and capable of great things, I know he would want all of you to feel that way today. In honor of his unmatched work ethic, the knowledge he passed, unshakeable faith in each of us, and because so many of you have reached out to ask, we are setting up a day where you can give back to the Olson family.

Ryan leaves behind 3 sweet kids and a beautiful wife. We want to to leave his family in the best possible spot and this is an opportunity for those of you who wish, to work like Ryan worked and leave it all on the field in his honor.

Our number 1 rep! Collin Powers absolutely crushed this year. He set records and raised the expectations of what a sales rep can do. In his first year, he was the top intern then top rep the following year. He is passionate, intentional, and inspirational! Keep grinding Collin!

Casen Hammond is someone that we are incredibly proud of this year. He is only 15 years old and was one of our top reps for T-Mobile he even sold 11 accounts in one day.

He is incredibly talented and has incredible potential. Caliber is now starting programs that allow for anyone to be able to sell for us as a summer job while still being able to live at home. This is an incredible opportunity that teaches life changing skills that will serve them for a lifetime.

Solar is an amazing product and we are so excited to now be in the solar market. It’s a much longer sale and has a lot more face to face between our reps and the customer. It’s an incredible opportunity for our reps that are more experienced and want to sell year round.

Pablo Flores has been with us for 7 years. He has helped with developing our internship program and is now selling solar for us in San Diego.

Pablo also runs his own Airbnb management company. Something that he is able to do in addition to managing a team and selling in the summer.

5 different products! We offer the ability for our reps to sell 5 different products. These products are DISH Network, ADT, T-Mobile, BioShield, and Caliber Solar.


These products can either be sold individually or can be sold as add-ons to an initial sale in order for our sales rep to maximize their income.

We provide an incredibly flexible work schedule. Our sales representatives have the ability to work 4 months out of the year.


This gives them plenty of freedom to be able to explore other ventures and create passive income in their lives. Many of our employees are able to graduate college debt-free, invest in real estate, and start their own companies.

At Caliber Smart, we have an incredible opportunity for our sales representatives to sell various products at one time allowing them to compound their sales and maximize their income.

One of the products that our representatives are able to add on to an initial sale is by selling ADT Security. On average our reps make $300 per ADT sale and usually is done in conjunction with a sale of DISH Network or T-Mobile.

For the second day, of Caliber Christmas. We want to acknowledge our newly formed business relationship with
T-Mobile.

T-Mobile is the second-largest mobile provider and we are excited to be the first to bring T-Mobile to the door to door market.

T-Mobile has brought 5G to all 50 states and coverage is growing rapidly.

We are kicking off the Twelve Days of Caliber Christmas. For the next twelve days, we will be acknowledging our history as a company. Sharing information about the companies that we work with. As well as celebrating the achievements and successes accomplished by our sales representatives.

For our first day, we want to celebrate our 16-year relationship with DISH Network and we are proud to be their number one retailer!

We have learned so much from working with DISH Network and appreciate the relationship that we have built with them.

Evolve has been with Caliber since 2015 and they have grown every year since their inception. This year, despite seemingly endless challenges, Evolve has seen a 38% YOY growth in May alone. Also in May 2020, Evolve produced 1938 sales, 5820 TSS, and a Q 3/4% of 86%.

Mark and Kam chose to spotlight one of their premier reps AJ Duffy. AJ has been knocking since 2015. AJ has a total of 1000 lifetime installed accounts with Caliber (Dish and Sprint combined). Just in May 2020, AJ has 58 Sales, 258 TSS, and 174 TSI.
