LIQUID GROOVES is the latest monthly residency for DJ Krista Basis for at Secret Grove, a little gem on the west side of the Pearl District. She brings in guest DJs to join her in creating a fresh landscape, with an undercurrent latin and world beats.

I’m proud to be joining her for this month’s event this Friday, August 23rd. We’ll be playing 1 track b2b which is something we love to do together. We’re not sure where the journey might take us, yet know we’d love to have you along for the ride wherever we may go. We’ll be tilting towards the minimal side of things with some great new tracks and old gems.

Come join us for a few cocktails, a little dancing, and some great music. No cover.

👟👟What’s Stretch Club👟👟
A laid-back Sunday afternoon dance party with funk, soul, disco, and a wide range of bouncy house music, sure to keep your body loose. We can all use an extra stretch and a little movement on a Sunday afternoon. We are here for you. Whether alone in the corner stretching in your own way or coordinating with your friends on the dance floor, you’ll be welcome here. And if your own stretching includes sitting at a table enjoying the food and drink while listening to the music, we encourage that as well.
DJs Krista Basis, Paul Castoral, and Jeff Winograd(DJ Phaejay) created Stretch Club as a way to offer a low-key chance for friends to gather at a pace only a Sunday afternoon can offer. We hope you will join us.
$5-10 suggested donation (gratefully accepted at event, day of, via cash, or Venmo). We'll also happily accept compliments on our workout apparel 😊

I'm super excited to play a sunrise set. Sunrise on the playa is one of the most magical things I've ever experienced.

Something to be thankful for!

Hope y'all had a wonderful weekend! Holiday lights are already being put up around town and Broad Beats PDX is getting ready to host the truly talented Ms Match on Friday, November 25th at No Requests.
