Angle Angle is a Penn student-organized club, presenting and calling for attention to current social phenomena by the means of photography and videography.

Each semester, we will be hosting a multi-media exhibition based on one emerging social topic. At Angle, not only will students meet peers with similar interests and passion, but they can also address concerns of what is going on at Penn, in Philadelphia, or even in the World through the voice of visual art. We welcome students with different skill sets but a common enthusiasm about visual arts and their impact on society.

This semester Angle comes back with Chit-Chat Series, a series of casual speeches focused on social issues in the East Asia region with an interdisciplinary approach, which include but not limited to the intersections of photographic practices and gender, of literature and film, of political science and NGOs.

By bringing guests and Penn students from different disciplines to present and discuss certain issues in the East Asia region, this series is also committed to building a student community at Penn that cares and can draw inspiration from the arts, literature, academia, and phenomenological living experience.

A great place to learn, or just to have a good conversation.
