When he was hired on as an account executive at Qualtrics, he experienced that rare and exciting ā€œrocket shipā€ feeling that infused him with a passion for sales. šŸš€

ā€œI donā€™t know if there is a better sales program than we had at Qualtrics, and Alysio wouldnā€™t exist if I didnā€™t have the opportunity to start my sales career there.ā€ Aaron says. ā€œBut with all the tools we had in place, leadership still felt like there was a gap to truly understand if reps were having a productive day.ā€

Enter Alysio, a GTM performance platform for sales teams. This program allows teams to track and visualize employeesā€™ daily performance metrics in a more efficient and all-encompassing way.

Q: Whatā€™s a professional skill you have gained throughout the process?
A: Being able to hire great people. Iā€™m still working on it, but when I look at the team we have assembled here at Alysio, I couldnā€™t be more bullish on the future.

A new game is in townā€¦ šŸ²

Brandon Fugal has officially announced the private sale of the land formerly known as Evermore Park. The defunct park will undergo extensive renovations before revealing its revamped purpose.

ā€œI am thrilled to see the venue transition into its next chapter, now in progress,ā€ said Brandon Fugal. ā€œThe new owners have an extraordinary vision that promises to transform the venue into something spectacular, and I am delighted to champion their journey."

The new owners are launching a community initiative called "Hatch the Egg." This interactive tournament invites Utah residents to embark on a thrilling quest (comparable to Pokemon Go), solving clues about the new owners and the future plans for the property over the next few months. Details regarding the venue's refreshed purpose and the grand reopening will be gradually revealed through the campaign.

40 Under 40 Spotlight: Isabelle Kaul, CEO + Founder of ZMD Zs Mobile Detail šŸš—

At 17 years old, after having her car severely vandalized and dealing with a deep depression, Isabelle Kaulā€™s uncle called her and asked if she could clean his dump truck. Not thinking much of it, she said yes. With no prior detailing experience, she spent $10 on soap and scrub brushes at the Dollar Tree and got cleaning. She got lost in the work and found that she enjoyed the process.

That was 2021, and soon she will move her company into its first brick-and-mortar shop in Provo. Isabelle has unrelenting grit and grind to building the business of her dreams, and being the highest quality car detailer in the Valley.

Isabelle shines ā€” and so do the cars she works on.

Nate Richardā€™s footprint has marked some of the largest companies in the valley ā€” including Vivint and Qualtrics ā€” where he was a consistent Presidentā€™s Club Winner at both in his roles ranging from sales manager to VP of sales.

He has proven his expertise and aptitude time and time again. In 2023, he set foot on the Tech9 journey as Chief Revenue Officer. In this role, he oversees all revenue and go-to-market functions ā€” from sales to marketing to recruiting. In and out of the office, Nateā€™s greatness is presidential.
