**WE ARE HIRING**
We are currently seeking a full-time Home Care Coordinator for one of our Bronx locations. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Bengali. While prior experience is preferred, we are committed to providing training for the ideal candidate. This is a long-term, on-site position. Preference will be given to candidates based in the Bronx.

Qualifications:
* Must speak FLUENT English and Bengali.
* Excellent telephone and communication skills.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate schedules, notes and records.
* Good computer skills.
* Good interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
* The Coordinator is responsible for carrying out the day to day caregiver scheduling.
* Ensure that home care schedules are complete and accurate into the software scheduling system.
* Clock in/out records and rectifies discrepancies.
* Supervises caregivers in the filed effectively and escalates any issues.
* Weekly check in calls with clients to maintain premium client services.
* Basic office administrative duties such as filing; answering phones; assisting walk-ins.
* faxing; mailing; contacting MLTCs.

Compensation: $17-$21 (will be decided in person), but overall employees rates have been raised with time.
