The filid (singular form: fili) were a class of highly-trained poets in ancient Ireland who were guardians of oral history and stories.

The Fili Agency seeks to pay homage to that tradition by representing songwriters who have important stories and messages to convey via their music. We predominantly focus on acoustic music, but we are open to representing musicians in other genres as we seek to amplify the voices of musicians with a diversity of backgrounds and speaking from a diversity of perspectives. Our specialty lies in repr

esenting artists who have mastered the craft of songwriting but have not yet achieved the deserved level of attention from the musical community. We primarily function as a booking agency helping songwriters get gigs around the United States, but we are also well-versed in web design, digital marketing, and other business-related functions necessary to establish a career in music.
