It's here. 🤩 Our 2021 edition is here, and it's beautiful. So much love to all of our contributors, judges, editors, and supporters - the amount of talent and soul that went into this magazine is evident on every page.

As a female-run team this year, myself and the editors of Folio have learned what it means to work to create something we love, something for others to love, and something that celebrates diversity while challenging the norm. We hope that the work inside ignites something in you - love, anger, passion, desire, a fight, a fire - something you may not tune into often. Feeling something is what makes us do something. And, we have many fights to fight. With this edition, we celebrate womanhood and raising our voices.

This edition is available (in print!) all over SCSU's campus, and, don't worry, it can be accessed online here: http://folio2021.org/

It has arrived. 😍 Look out for Folio 2020 around campus come Fall!(cover art: )

“One day, far in the future, I may be telling my own daughter about this time, how, as a second-semester senior in college, I used to meander my childhood neighborhood’s streets for hours, lonely and restless, how I finished my college thesis in my childhood bedroom and graduated from my laptop screen.”

Despite the language about new beginnings, most of us are “moving on” but not moving.
