WXNA WXNA-FM “Low Power, High Voltage” Radio https://linktr.ee/wxnafm Mark the spot, Nashville! WXNA-FM “Low Power, High Voltage” Radio is here!
(39)

Broadcasting at 101.5 fm from the urban core of Music City, WXNA is radio made in Nashville, for Nashville. On December 4, 2014, the FCC granted a construction permit to WXNA with a completion date of no later than June 4, 2016—and that is the date we went live. WXNA can also be heard at wxnafm.org and via the TuneIn app. The station features a freeform radio format similar to the former WRVU-FM N

ashville during its classic years, but also inspired by such freeform radio stations as WFMU-FM Jersey City, NJ, and KALX-FM Berkeley, CA. Freeform radio allows disc jockeys total freedom in the music they play (within FCC regulations), regardless of music genre or commercial interests. WXNA is here to produce unusual and eclectic cultural programming that reflects Nashville’s rich history and cultural diversity. As an outlet for a wide variety of community voices and viewpoints, the station will partner with local nonprofit organizations and other regional interests to provide specialized community-interest programming. We also hope to collaborate with local schools and universities, and will welcome applications from student DJs. As a 501c3, WXNA is a listener-supported radio station.
