We're very excited to announce that our Hulu series was the winner of a CLUE Award for Best Episodic True Crime Series this past weekend at in Nashville. We couldn't have done it without our fabulous partners at ABC News Studios and everyone at Committee Films - but most importantly, we couldn't have done it without the cooperation of the victims' family members in each of our profiled cases. We are pleased we were able to share the stories of Kira Steger, Monique Baugh, Savanna Greywind, Dan O'Connell and James Ellison - all wonderful people taken too soon.

Creating Mexico in Minnesota for our “Kidnapped in Monterrey” episode of Hostage Rescue took the combined efforts of a world class art department, an amazingly talented camera crew, an unbelievably dedicated wardrobe department, a HMU team you can only dream of, a fantastic location and a LOT of production work. We hope you’ll tune into The CW tonight, Tuesday, June 4th at 8PM Central / 9PM Eastern to see how it all came together to tell the incredible story of Shane Andersen’s chilling rescue.

“Held Hostage at Discovery” - the newest episode of Hostage Rescue on The CW premieres tonight Tuesday, May 28th at 8pm Central // 9pm Eastern. The episode covers the events surrounding the 2010 hostage crisis at the Discovery Network’s headquarters in Silver Spring, Maryland. An activist bomber entered the lobby and held three people hostage for hours while executives heroically evacuated the rest of the building - including an on-site daycare. Actor Minh Pham, pictured here, had to wear this prop bomb vest for the large part of our 3 day shoot scheduled, which was no small feat! Tune in to see the full story of the hostages’ struggle to survive and the heroes who saved them.

Tune in to The CW tonight, Tuesday, May 21st to see this incredible story! Tonight's episode of Hostage Rescue, “Saved by the SEALs”, was filmed almost entirely in a gravel pit where the cast and crew fought blowing sand, gravel roads and very late hours to create some truly incredible scenes depicting the rescue of Jessica Buchanan in Somalia by Seal Team 6 in 2012.

Please tune in tonight to the premiere of our new series, Hostage Rescue, on The CW at 8PM Central / 9PM Eastern. All of the actors in this episode (as well as other not pictured) portray the harrowing true story of the Samuelson family who were held hostage by a home invader in their Utah home in 2021. This episode, “Danger at the Door” was filmed locally almost entirely in a single location and the actors took great care to depict this story with respect and thoughtfulness. We hope you’ll tune in and see what happens when a mother does whatever it takes to protect her family.
