I ordered the Rosas drink which is - rose, raspberry, guava, ginger, lime, and carbonation - topped the drink Naked Dani Style - salty bubbles and a rubber duck on top! With the Best ever gluten free churros! Churros - dulce de leche, cinnamon sugar, and dulce cream. is a dedicated gluten free restaurant in Minneapolis! This was such a fun treat and an amazing experience and atmosphere! It is perfect for a night out or for celebrations! I celebrated my birthday here last year! The staff is so great as well and give great recommendations!

Raspberry Tarte and Green Apple Frozen Yogurt with sprinkles, mango popping boba, and fresh kiwi at Yogurt Lab in maple grove! The signs inform which allergens are present or not which is very helpful! The flavors I chose were gluten free and dairy free. I also chose the fruity topping to avoid cross contamination with the gluten candy toppings on the opposite end of the topping bar.

So many delicious and fun tea flavors Along with so many fun tea flavors to choose from like birthday cake or crème brûlée they also have a gluten free flourless chocolate torte!! *it is not a dedicated facility so cross contamination with food is possible* They have so many tea flavors but also a little store upstairs where you can purchase tea to take home with you! This is such a fun place! I have celebrated birthdays here as well as my sister’s bachelorette party! Such a fun place!

Ice Cream and French Fries!! has the best homemade ice cream with flavors that are out of this world! I had the m & m ice cream and it was delicious! Another favorite of mine is butterbeer! They also have amazing dairy free sorbet as well! It is very creamy and they have great flavors! The French fries are in a dedicated fryer and are absolutely delicious! Their cheese sauce is so good! The staff is very knowledgeable about allergies! But of course as an ice cream shop with many flavors there is risk of cross contamination. I have never had an issue but that is my experience! This is in my opinion the best ice cream and fries in Minnesota!

Pancakes, pancakes, pancakes!! I love the maple grove location of original pancake house! **Always confirm with server** but every time I have been there (and as you can tell, it’s a lot) it has been confirmed dedicated space for gluten free preparations (does not guarantee no cross contamination as they do serve gluten in building) but they have separate spaces/ tools from what I have been told. The food is phenomenal! Now they started placing gluten free orders on red plates! I love that they have SO many gluten free options! I love their chocolate chips pancakes, strawberry pancakes, and cinnamon swirl pancakes, they even have waffles! My experience is specific to the maple grove location and I cannot vouch for other locations as they all run a bit differently. I have always had wonderful experiences here at maple grove and have had knowledgeable staff/managers to help when ordering!

Bacon Burger with a Side of asparagus from
They have so many great gluten free options here! The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful when ordering. The food is fantastic here! It’s always nice to have a gluten free bun! This restaurant is located right on Main Street in Maple Grove!

Rainbow Matcha latte
Matcha, Peppermint, and Rainbow color. I ordered this with coconut milk instead of regular milk to be made dairy free. Wow was this delicious! Beware, it will dye your tongue and teeth haha!! But one of the best Matcha’s I have ever had!! They have all sorts to choose from on their secret menu!!

Where’s the Flour!
This is my favorite place to eat! It is fantastic! What I ordered this time is A take on Canada’s cuisine - poutine! Fries, gravy, cheese curds, and crispy chicken! I also got a limited time only menu item for fair week - onion rings. The customer service here is excellent, it is a dedicated gluten free kitchen, and they also have dairy free options as well!! This is definitely a place you don’t want to miss and is well worth the drive! It is located in the food court of the Eden Prairie Mall.

Gluten and Dairy Free Barbie ice cream
This was a fun and delicious treat! This ice cream flavor combo (birthday cake & cotton candy) is vegan, it is made with oat milk but all of their ice cream is free from gluten, eggs, and nuts! They have regular dairy ice cream as well! With a touch of added edible glitter!! The gluten free rainbow cone is made in a separate facility so I felt totally comfortable with the choice of getting the gluten free cone vs a cup! The staff was also very knowledgeable and cautious to avoid cross contamination as they do have regular gluten cones sold as well.
