Detectives have identified the black Mazda and the owner they believe killed a woman crossing Brickell Bay Drive in March — but there’s not enough evidence to show who was behind the wheel during the hit-and-run crash. The owner, who ironically works in the same UM department as the victim's sister, says she wasn't driving the car.
