8BeatFilms is seeking casting submissions for a non-union commercial titled Be There.

SYNOPSIS:
An early 20s female professional helps her grandmother finish a special meal.

Filming will last 1 day and take place between 10/19 and 10/24/2020.

Filming will take place in Albuquerque, NM.

Production will be taking COVID precautions in accordance with guidelines and will make safety our top priority on set.

At 8 Beat Films, we feel fortunate to be in a field where we CAN work from home. And we want to use our skills to help struggling New Mexican small businesses and non-profits.

We may not be able to physically shoot right now but we can still:

As productions have halted and industry training and networking has moved online, we invite local talent, filmmakers and freelancers to share their experiences in isolation.

Please record 15 seconds of your cheerful discoveries, helpful hints, resources, or any other quick stories or ideas to do what you all do best - create and inspire.

Submissions will be professionally edited together and presented across social media.

The Las Cruces International Film Festival begins today and 8 Beat Films is honored to have our production, ‘Home Movies’ screening at this year’s festival.

It was a natural choice for Las Cruces native, Keagan Karnes, to premiere this project at the festival.
