For nearly 20 years Scott Groves has been providing quality mortgage products to his clients on the Eastside of Los Angeles. By fostering close relationships with real-estate agents, buyers, and sellers, Scott has built a career by providing exceptional service from application to closing. His business philosophy has always been a simple creed: Good things happen to our team when we do the right thing for our clients and serve our Realtor Community better. Helping guide clients to the right mortgage solutions, that meet their long-term financial needs, is his primary daily focus.

Over the last five years, Scott has parlayed his mortgage, sales, and management experience into growing a successful coaching business. As an online coach & live event facilitator, Scott has delivered keynote speeches & workshops on sales, marketing, and lead generation. Scott has gained knowledge in the fields of mortgage, coaching, and live event facilitation through formal education, professional licensing, and real life experience.

After obtaining his Eagle Scout award & honorable discharge from the Army, Scott attended Pasadena City College and UCLA’s extension program for financial planning. Over the last twenty years Scott has been a top producing sales professional and leader for Washington Mutual, New American Funding, and Movement Mortgage. He is currently the owner and head content creator for Consolidated Coaching - a passion project that keeps him up early on the weekends.

Strong core values like honesty and integrity have allowed Scott to thrive in our current business environment, and ensures he will be guiding his mortgage & coaching clients for years to come.

Scott has received awards from multiple banks for loan production, customer satisfaction, and leadership. He currently serves as the the top producing loan officer for Movement Mortgage where he his team have funded nearly $1 Billion in loans in the last 20 years & help guide thousands of families to their dream of home-ownership.

While away from the office, Scott spends his free time boxing, hiking through the beautiful foothills of California with his son Gabriel, playing blocks with his daughter Alina, or catching Hollywood’s newest release with his wife Karina & older son Jonathan. An avid reader and Audible.com ju**ie, Scott enjoys using his book knowledge and business skills to give back to the community by donating his time and money to organizations like Beat The Streets (an after school wrestling program for underserved communities) and coaching other business professionals.
