Let's go on an adventure to create an amazing carbonara pasta and satisfy my craving! There's also. a little recipe for you too if you want it ;)

RECIPE

Ingredients:
* Dried spaghetti
* 1 egg and 1 egg yolk
* 1/2 cup grated cheese (Parmeggiano or Pecorino Romano or both)
* Guanciale (cut into 1/2 inch pieces)
* Black pepper

Instructions:
* Bring your water to a boil and cook your spaghetti until al dente
* Put a little bit of olive oil in the pan and add your guanciale, then bring up the heat to medium and cook until crispy on both sides
* Whisk together your egg, egg yolk, and grated cheese until a runny paste forms then add some black pepper
* Once your spaghetti is finished cooking, add a little pasta water (and some of the rendered fat from the guanciale) to your egg and cheese mixture and emulsify
* Add your spaghetti and mix together with your sauce
* Plate with your guanciale pieces, some fresh grated cheese, and black pepper, enjoy!
