* 1 cinnamon stick /1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder(দারুচিনি গুঁড়ো ১ চা চামচ )
* 1 tablespoon of grated ginger(আদা পেশা করা ১ টেবিল চামচ)
* 2 teaspoon of Apple Cider Vinegar(২চাচামচ আপেলসিডার সিরকা )
* Honey 1tea spoon optional but add for taste ( মধু ১ চা চামচ সাধ বারানোর জন্য )
* 500 ml. of water
Preparation:
You should pour all ingredients into a blender and blend them until you get a smooth juice.

মূত্যুদূত পার্থেনিয়াম উদ্ভিদ থেকে আমাদের সকলের সাবধান হওয়া উচিত। কেননা অনেক জায়গায় এটি রাস্তার দুপাশে ব্যাপকহারে জন্মায় এ উদ্ভিদ।

এটি একটি আগাছার নাম। যা রাস্তার দুপাশে জন্মায়।
এটি সাধারণত এক থেকে দেড় মিটার উচ্চতার হয়। অসংখ্য শাখা ত্রিভুজের মতো ছড়িয়ে থাকে। ছোট ছোট সাদা ফুল হয়। ঠিক যেন ধনিয়াগাছের ফুল। হঠাৎ করে দেখলে যে কেউ ভুল করবেন ধনিয়াগাছ ভেবে। গাছটির আয়ুষ্কাল মাত্র তিন-চার মাস। এ আয়ুষ্কালের মধ্যে তিনবার ফুল ও বীজ দেয় গাছটি। ফুল সাধারণত গোলাকার, সাদা, পিচ্ছিল হয়। এ গাছ তিন-চার মাসের মধ্যে ৪ থেকে ২৫ হাজার বীজ জন্ম দিতে সক্ষম।

আগাছাটি অত্যন্ত ভয়ংকর। গবাদিপশু চরানোর সময় গায়ে লাগলে পশুর শরীর ফুলে যায়। এছাড়াও তীব্র জ্বর, বদহজমসহ নানা রোগে আক্রান্ত হয়। আর পশুর পেটে গেলে কেমন বিষক্রিয়া হতে পারে তা অনুমেয়। বিশেষ করে গাভী পার্থেনিয়াম খেলে দুধ তিতা হয়। ওই দুধ অনবরত কেউ খেলে সেই মানুষের মৃত্যু পর্যন্ত ঘটতে পারে।

শুধু পশুই নয়, আগাছাটি মানুষের হাতে-পায়ে লাগলে চুলকে লাল হয়ে ফুলে যায়। আক্রান্ত মানুষটি ঘনঘন জ্বর, অসহ্য মাথাব্যথা ও উচ্চ রক্তচাপে ভুগতে থাকে। এমনকি মারাও যেতে পারেন মানুষটি। গণমাধ্যম মারফত জানা যায়, ভারতের পুনেতে পার্থেনিয়ামজনিত বিষক্রিয়ায় ১২ জন মানুষ মারা গেছেন। এতসব ভয়ংকর বিষয় জানতে পেরে পরিবেশবিদরা আতঙ্কিত হয়ে পড়েছেন। আতঙ্কিত হয়েছেন বাংলাদেশের কৃষিবিদরাও। তারা এটিকে বিষাক্ত আগাছা হিসাবে চিহ্নিত করেছেন।

এসব ক্ষতিকর দিক পর্যালোচনা করে কৃষিবিদরা গাছটিকে পুড়িয়ে ফেলতে পরামর্শ দিয়েছেন। কিন্তু সে ক্ষেত্রেও সতর্ক থাকার নির্দেশ দিয়েছেন। সতর্ক না হলে যেকোনো ব্যক্তি বিপদের সম্মুখীন হতে পারেন। যেমন-এটি কেউ কাটতে গেলে ওই ব্যক্তির হাতে-পায়ে লাগতে পারে। পোড়াতে গেলে ফুলের রেণু দূরে উড়ে বংশবিস্তার করতে পারে। আবার ব্যক্তির নাকে-মুখেও লাগতে পারে। তাতে তিনি মারাত্মক বিষক্রিয়ায় পড়তে পারেন। এ ক্ষেত্রে খুব সতর্কতার সঙ্গে প্রথমে গাছটিকে কাটতে হবে। হাতে গ্লাভস, চোখে চশমা থাকলে ভালো হয়। অবশ্যই পা ভালোমতো ঢেকে রাখতে হবে। মোটা কাপড়ের প্যান্টের সঙ্গে বুটজুতা পরা যেতে পারে, সঙ্গে মোটা কাপড়ের জামাও পরতে হবে।
গাছকাটা হলে গভীর গর্তে পুঁতে ফেলতে হবে।

ব্যাপক প্রচার-প্রচারণার মাধ্যমে পার্থেনিয়াম চেনাতে হবে আমজনতাকে। নয়তো একসময় পরিস্থিতি নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরে চলে গেলে তা মহামারির দিকে মোড় নিতে পারে। কাজেই আসুন, সময় থাকতেই আমরা সাবধান হই!
