It’s baking day #1! Thursday and Friday are always busy baking days for me so that I can get out the freshest loaves possible for my customers.
Today will be especially busy as I’m currently in Delphi with Morgan for his drivers test then off to Carmel for my regular Lyme and autoimmune blood work, then homeschool will happen in there somewhere, soccer games tonight back in Indy and baking in all the moments I’m not doing all the other things 🥴

This week I will be in the kitchen working on perfecting sourdough English muffins. I tried one this morning slathered in homemade apple butter and oh my goodness it was good!
These may make it to the ordering list this week💜

Late night bakes happening now💜
When your kiddos have a weekend away at a soccer tournament and your normal delivery time is Friday afternoon, instead of early morning bakes you do all nighters so that customers have the freshest bread possible at pick up. We will get to the soccer tournament in Fort Wayne on time and customers will be happy💜💜💜
