Able to MULTI-TASK - we have clients who we do different things for and we have timelines, we must hit!

STRENGTH - online retail stores --- we are about to launch a business ONLINE so we need someone who knows & understands ONLINE retail.

SOCIAL MEDIA - Assist with the development of new and creative digital strategies for each client and create monthly campaigns.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - We communicate effectively with our clients and we need to understand our client's needs.

We want someone who is self-motivated, works well in a team setting, has top-notch organizational skills, and has the skills necessary to take a project from its START TO FINISH!

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Advertising, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.

3+ years of professional experience in being a marketing manager or have 3 years of marketing.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including, but not limited to Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and content development skills.

Ability to function in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Description:
We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our Outdoor Living Sales and give excellent customer service to all our customers.

This job comes with GREAT commission pay along with per hour rate, too.
We need someone to work: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.

Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products through face to face, email and phone, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you’ll help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth. Our ideal candidate will have 3 years of inside sales, bonus if the candidate knows about grills or furniture.

We are a small company with 7 to 10 employees so all our employees work as a team to get things done.

Must be a to lift over 25 pounds. This Sales Executive will be full time but will need to work on Saturdays. (Day off will be: Thursday)

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers with a smile, and helping them find what they need.

Keep their Zone up in the store by stocking and cleaning.

Read about all products and be knowledgeable about the things we sell.

Help customers find what they need in their outdoor living space!

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

Skills:

Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Phone Skills with Excellent Customer Service
Team player
