June 13, 1980: Bob Marley and the Wailers play their historic concert in Dortmund, Germany on this day 42 years ago. The German broadcasting station WDR on the famous Rockpalast music show, filmed the entire concert. In 2014, the show was finally released officially on DVD/CD.

55 years ago, on June 9, 1967, The Monkees gave a concert to an audience of over 17,000 at the Hollywood Bowl before officially launching their 28 city summer tour at Wembley Stadium on June 30. These photos from the Hollywood Bowl soundcheck were taken by Henry Diltz.
