There is a theory out there that Kevin Owens and Triple H could possibly have a match at WrestleMania due to their altercation at Saturday Night's Main Event. I hate to break it to everyone, but that match will never ever happen. Triple H almost died several years ago due to some major heart issues. He has a defibrillator in his body to make sure he doesn't have any more heart issues. There is no way he's going to jeopardize his health to wrestle one more match. He has three daughters to live for and a job he loves doing.

I think we all would have loved to have seen Triple H go out on his own terms, but it wasn't meant to be. We just have to be grateful he is continuing his legacy with incredible content and storytelling he's creating for all of us fans. I have no doubt that Kevin Owens is going to have an amazing story on the Road to WrestleMania.

On December 23, the Charlotte Hornets and Chicago Bulls combined and went 22-97 from three-point range. This is the exact thing that has ruined the game of basketball. All you see is three-pointers, layups or dunks. The art of the midrange jump shot has been gone for quite some time now and it's made the game a lot less fun to watch. I totally get that Steph Curry reinvented how the game is played, but not everyone is as good as Steph.

I wish younger players would start studying tapes of Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant and we could get back to the way ball used to be played. I understand that there has been a lot more advancement in how athletes perform, but the athletes I grew up watching were a lot tougher and didn't mind a little contact. I hope someday basketball gets back to the grit and toughness it was once known for.

The reason why going to the Mets is a mistake for Juan Soto

As we all know, Juan Soto landed a landmark deal with the New York Mets thanks to Steve Cohen's unlimited resources to spend on things. The money is going to be great, but being paid won't win you accolades or championships. Going to the Mets was a mistake, because of the simple fact that they are in the National League.

When teams like the Braves, Dodgers, and Phillies are healthy, there is no way the Mets will compete with them. Ironically enough, the Braves, Mets, and Phillies are in the same division. As far as accolades go, Soto can forget winning any MVP awards as long as Shohei Ohtani stays healthy and playing well. There are also other caliber players like Ronald Acuna Jr. and Bryce Harper who are always in the running for MVP when they are healthy.

Juan Soto didn't need to stay with the Yankees, but staying in the American League would have been much more beneficial. He could have been the missing piece for Boston, Cleveland, Seattle, Texas, or Toronto. His chances of winning an MVP would have been much greater in the American League. I also think winning multiple championships would have been easier staying in the American League.

I hope Soto enjoys his money, because if I were him, I wouldn't plan on getting back to the World Series or being MVP anytime soon.
