Originally released in 2005, The Upper Cuts is a compilation of instrumentals, songs & remixes to which I have contributed. When I look at the artwork and the tracklist, a multitude of very good memories pop up to my mind, instant flashbacks to the fun we had, Fred Falke and I working on our early collaborative tracks, same with Romuald, MadjikMusic, Thomas Bangalter and Benjamin Diamond, all working on music we never thought could meet some interest twenty years later. This reissue is coming with the remix I did for Britney Spears' “Anticipating,” in 2022, two completely new tracks: “True Love” and “Never Coming Back,” which features the Norwegian pop artist Annie, as well as never properly released tracks. The Original Artwork by Xavier de Rosnay and SO ME has been updated with the help of Jérémie Beylard and Xavier.
