Our Story

We are a group of nerds who do videos, movie reviews, conventions and other geeky things! We are based in Denver, Colorado. The initial concept for our little outlet began in September of 2009 as an outlet for nerds by nerds, however, we didn't spring into action until 26 June 2010 when we covered Twilight Night, a public showing of Twilight: New Moon with appearances by two of the films actors. But we didn't really continue after that until Nan Desu Kan in September 2011, where we filmed our second video, this time with a friend of ours and our outlet was born! Our first official event as a press outlet was MileHiCon 2012/Tales from Avistrum: Endgame. This was our first official video done under the name: Geek Power Squad, a name our friend picked for us after NDK '11. We went under the GPS banner for a little under 4 years before re-branding to The League of Geeks in the middle of 2015. At the beginning of 2018, we decided to re-brand once again to the United Nerd Alliance to differentiate ourselves from a few other outlets out there with similar names.
