CentroVilla25, a new cultural hub in Cleveland’s Clark-Fulton neighborhood, is set to open its doors as soon as this fall. The 32,000-square-foot space on West 25th Street will feature a commercial kitchen, event spaces, offices and 20 micro-retailers, celebrating Greater Cleveland’s rich Latino culture.

“It's intended to be a place where culture and community meet and engage and celebrate the rich Latino history and culture right here in our city,”–Jenice Contreras, MBA, the president and CEO of NEOHCED Northeast Ohio Hispanic Center for Economic Development.

Construction has officially begun on the transformative 2.7-mile North Marginal Trail along the east side lakefront. This new trail, connecting E. 9th to E. 55th streets, will complete a vital link in the Cleveland Lakefront Bikeway, offering safe, off-road access for cyclists and pedestrians.

The $12 million project, expected to open to the public in summer 2026, will enhance neighborhood connectivity, link residents to the lakefront, and create new opportunities for recreation and community engagement.

Cleveland Clinic and Sports Data Labs (SDL) are teaming up to create the largest sports health data compilation, driving new tech tools to optimize performance and reduce injuries for athletes.

This partnership will be central to the upcoming Global Peak Performance Center, set to open in 2027, offering cutting-edge training and care. As part of the collaboration, SDL will move its headquarters to Cleveland, enhancing its synergy with Cleveland Clinic’s world-class team.

Cleveland is poised to offer an incentive package worth more than a billion dollars to a developer promising to build up the Cuyahoga riverfront.

It's official: Cleveland City Council has struck a deal with Bedrock to develop the Cuyahoga riverfront.

Cleveland will offer over $1 billion in public subsidies for Bedrock’s ambitious long-term plan to remake Tower City Center and the eastern bank of the Cuyahoga River. According to an economic impact study commissioned by Bedrock, the plans are expected to generate a return-on-investment in the billions including:

➡ $10.9 billion in new tax revenue over 20+ years
➡ An annual average of $4.5 billion in economic output
➡ 30,000 jobs (including construction jobs)
➡ $1.6 billion in wages

The $51 million expansion of the Huntington Convention Center is now open. 🏙

The expansion doubles the first-floor ballroom and adds a massive outdoor entertainment terrace connecting to downtown Cleveland. Former offices are now unique meeting spaces with amenities like soft seating and pool tables, giving the convention center a fresh, open feel just in time for the ultimate showcase: the American Society of Association Executives, a convention of the nation’s convention planners.
