I love history and I'm blessed to be kicking this week off with a few days in West Virginia on a story of slavery and statehood. West Virginia entered the union in 1863 as a free state so as a result they don't have any issues sharing the slave history of Virginia. The records pictured here talk of land deeds and a runaway slave, Moses, who was thought to be lurking in the state of Ohio. Additional coverage of the records of wills leaving favorite slaves to family members. Its truly eyeopening to see these very candid records of human ownership. - ABC News

I've long been a proponent for using booms in sit down interviews. Here is an example of a 2 on 1 I did for NBC's Rock Center utilizing 3 Schoeps CMC MK41's. There are a couple production stills at the end showing the setup.
