We begin with O or Observation of the OODA Loop method. It begins with the ability to see or observe yourself and understanding your Why. When kids understand why, they’re more interested in doing things consciously and doing their best at whatever that might be. The OODA Loop method is Obervation, Orientation, Decision and Action. The OODA Loop method is a powerful and effective decision-making tool that can transform the way you operate. Each letter gets 2 sessions a week for 2 weeks and then we move on to the next. So it’s a 8 week program that can be done straight through or in parts. Intermittent fasting has been my four day a week practice for quite some time. Upon realizing this body’s susceptibility to diabetes, I immediately integrated the practice.
