Texas Union Film Festival The 5th Annual Texas Union Film Festival (TUFF), to be held on March 6, is an event created to showcase the talent of UT student filmmakers at UT Austin.

UT Austin's Texas Union Film Festival (TUFF) is hosted by Campus Events + Entertainment's Showtime Committee. TUFF is a festival created by students, for students. Its aim is to showcase the wealth of creative talent based in UT student filmmakers and engage the Austin community in supporting UT film and arts. The 5th Annual Texas Union Film Festival will take place on Thursday March 6, 2014.

FILMS MUST BE:

1. Written, directed, or edited by current UT students
2. A maximum length of 10 minutes (exceptions made on case-by-case bases)
3. Submitted on a USB drive or DVD/CD
4. Filmed off of the UT Austin campus or previously made for an academic course
5. Less than two (2) years old; no high school work will be accepted. The submission period will begin January 20, 2014. The submission deadline is February 14, 2014 at 6:00 p.m. Please turn in submissions to the E + E office in the T-House Suite (UNB 3.312) on the 3rd floor of the Texas Union.
