📌 Aiden Aysun is this week's Fleet Feet Biggest Mover for the Brooks XC Championships. Aysun broke 15-minutes for the first time to win the FHSAA 4A Region 1 Championship. He climbs from 166th to 38th in the Brooks XC South Region Rankings.

Will he contend for a top ten finish at Brooks XC South?!

Conor Lott gets his ticket 🎫📈

Conor Lott has received a Fleet Feet Golden Ticket to compete at the 2025 Brooks XC Championships presented by . Lott is currently ranked #20 in the COROS MileSplit 50 rankings.

He is the reigning California State D1 champion and also won a CIF 1600m title in 2024.

Can he use that speed to win the Brooks XC Championships?

Paige Sheppard has received a Fleet Feet Golden Ticket 🎫 to compete at the Brooks XC Championships in San Diego on December 13th.

Thus, she can forego the Northeast Region Championship. Sheppard has won multiple NJ Meet of Champions titles on the track and on the cross course. She most recently won her group championship.

She will be a threat for the title next month in Cali 🌴

Make sure you register for your respective region championship for a chance to join her in San Diego 🔗➡️🎫

Ibrahim Ford is this week's Fleet Feet Biggest Mover for the Brooks XC Championships! Ford ran 15:10 to win the Section 5 Championship. His undefeated season stays alive and he soars from #64 to #29 in the Northeast Rankings.
