Congrats to the 13th Annual Trash Makeover Challenge winner Megan Pinto!!

Her winning unconventional two-piece design look was made out of carbonated water bottles, styrofoam egg cartons and to go containers, polyethethylene sheeting, foil chip and candy bags. The earrings were made out of crushed windshield glass and bread clips.

The event was sponsored by the Texas Campaign for the Environment. In all, the event racked up more than $100,000 from the silent auction and personal donations all to help environmental initiatives in Texas.

This is Megan's 5th Trash Makeover Challenge Win. In all, 29 looks competed for the top $3,000 prize.

We all watched her during Season 18 and was a top 6 designer and known for receiving the "Siriano Save".

A BIG congratulations to Designer Melissa Prentice for winning the 12th Annual Trash Makeover Challenge. Her design was made out of (just to name a few) hospital EKG tabs, aluminum container lids and tabs, candy wrappers IV bags and tubing.

It was a modern and creative design that put $3,000 in her pocket. Melissa's model - Misty Dawn Taylor.
