Persona View Institute (PVI) was just an idea that four friends (Johnathon Banes, Elijah Tutt, Mahogani Arbol and Michael Wilburn Jr) had when wondering what could be a good business venture that would well serve and suite the community and world for business and personal resources. In doing so with everyone majoring in Political Science or Public and Foreign policy, we said "

The idea that soon became a reality had become a topic of conversation daily for these four individuals until they came together and said "lets make this a power house small minority based firm/institute. and Research Firm that brings you current information from the local and global politics, government issues, domestic and abroad news updates as-well as following current topics. department has a very strong and leading technology based infrastructure that has the capability to not be limited to, yet expand to the world for the information that you may want to seek or share.
