We're looking for the next winner of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race T-shirt contest. Submissions are open to the public, and after they close on February 26, the public will vote on their favorite of the top five designs.

If you win, not only will your artwork be featured on Atlanta's most coveted T-shirt, but first place will win $5,600! Second- and third-place winners will take home $3,500 and $2,500, respectively.

Applications are now open for the 2025 Peachtree with a Purpose Official Charity Partner Program 🤝

The Official Charity Partner Program affords eligible 501c3 non-profit organizations in Georgia the ability to raise awareness and funds in support of their charitable cause(s). Chosen organizations will receive guaranteed entries into the Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race on July 4.

EXCITING NEWS ‼️ Announced at last night's Town Hall, registration for the 2026 Atlanta Journal-Constitution Polar Opposite Peachtree Road Race will be here before we know it. Atlanta Track Club members will have the exclusive opportunity to register on February 6, 2025, from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

After that window closes, registration will reopen for the general public on July 4, 2025, until capacity is reached. Event capacity will increase, but no final capacity number has yet been announced.

In addition to Polar Opposite Peachtree updates, the Club gave exciting updates on the upcoming USATF Half Marathon Championship on March 2, summarized the organizational success from 2024 and more at the Town Hall.

📣 CALLING ALL ARTISTS! It's time to put your skills to the test by submitting a design to the 2025 Atlanta Journal-Constitution Peachtree Road Race T-shirt Design Contest.

This traditional contest allows artists for their design to be worn by over 50,000 participants in the world's largest 10K, and the top three artists will win a cash prize.

With a $11,600 prize purse, one of the largest in the contest's history, this year's competition raises the stakes for creativity. The winning design will earn $5,600 in honor of the 56th Running of the Peachtree, along with a feature on a commemorative edition of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution front page. Second- and third-place winners will take home $3,500 and $2,500, respectively.

After narrowing down submissions to the top five by a panel of judges from Atlanta Track Club, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the community, the public will decide on their favorite by voting at ajc.com/peachtree from March 10 - April 10. Per tradition, the winning design will remain a secret until the first runner crosses the finish line on July 4.

Before you get some rest tonight, here are some important reminders:
🚨 BIB PLACEMENT: It’s going to be chilly, so we understand you might want to wear more layers than usual. With that in mind, please remember to pin your bib to your outermost layer and ensure it is visible on the front of your torso for accurate results.

🚆 GETTING TO THE RACE: All race participants received a complimentary two-way MARTA pass at Number Pickup for efficient race-day transportation. We encourage you to park at Lenox Square and take MARTA to the Midtown Station then walk to the start line. You can also take MARTA to Midtown Station from your local stop, then hop on a train from the Lenox Square station afterward to head back to your stop.
☕ POST-RACE PLANS: Lenox Square will open its doors at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday to accommodate runners, spectators, and families after the race. Enjoy a post-race meal from food court restaurants, True Food Kitchen (starting at 9:30 a.m.), or North Italia to celebrate your race!
