The way my anxiety is set up, it's hard for me to be a "salesperson". Crazily enough, the only time that I've been able to sell ANYTHING was when it came to selling myself. Being myself is the only way I know how to be: straightforward and awkward, comically loud, and adorably idealist. (Bless my heart.)

If I didn't embrace and claim those things about me, I don't know how I could expect anyone else to. You gotta take me or leave me; but if you leave me?... baabee, I will internalize that s**t for months. That's. Just. Me.

I've been in love with social media and branding since Myspace, yet it took me a long time to realize there was no way I was going to be able to do what I love and make true connections out here on Beyoncé's internet if I wasn't... just... me. That's the lesson I hope to pass along to you.

Put yourself out there and you won't ever have to beg for a sale. People will want to buy from you because they like you and they trust you. I don't think you can get any more organic than that.
