- Managing incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for team members
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and other documentation
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion
