While these dreams are valid, the reality is the odds are often stacked against them.

He pointed out that these young minds have a far greater chance of achieving success in academia, as a dentist, medical doctor, lawyer, engineer, architect, or even as entrepreneurs owning their own businesses.

Their words resonated with me. It's not about limiting dreams but broadening horizons. We must instill in the next generation a mindset that embraces diverse paths to success, empowering them to make informed choices about their futures. By changing mindsets, we have the power to change the world for the better.
