🇺🇸THE PROPHETIC VISION FOR AMERICANS🇺🇸 2nd.December.2023

The Spirit of God took me (Claire.B.Kyeyune) up on the mountain and brought me to the middle of the mountain, He said there things I want to show you

He showed me the valley which was between the two mountains, the one I was standing on facing the other mountain, and the hill beside them.

In the valley were white People dwelling in tents in triangular form. Their tents were very old to an extent were out of Color.
Outside every tent everyone had put a mat to offer prayers on, but no body was using them, they were as for formalities. But it seemed those people had spent a long period of time in that valley, the entire area seemed to have no life.

The Spirit of the Lord Said unto me; speak what I will say, He said unto me tell the Americans to take back their prayers inside their tents because the rain which is coming they will not hold it"

There I saw some of the people taking back their mats inside their tents, after having seen the black clouds Which seemed to carry heavy rains.

They took back their mats inside their tents, the rain showed that it was going to pour very soon.
(in my conscience I knew if it pours when their prayers are still outside it will sweep them all away)

Among those people in the valley, there was one lady with two children who had broken forth from them and built her house up in the middle of the mountain, and that mountain was fenced half way, from the house to the valley, and was fenced with wire mesh, wooden poles and Glass (Wire mesh was inside and glass was outside) so it was the same case with the gate.

And the words which the Spirit of the Lord had given me , as I was speaking them, this lady also spoke the same words but her voice could not reach far not even a meter because there was no life in her words, but mine voice was reaching to every American in the valley.

Again The Spirit of the Lord Brought me in the same land, I found Africans had occupied the entire land which was originally for Americans, they had Farms and market.

In that very market I saw remnants of America, which were offsprings from intermarriage between white Americans and Africans.

In the same market I met one of the African pastor, I told Him what the Spirit of the Lord had showed me, and He said; when I check in the spiritual world Americans have only one minute to repent, He continued saying; I pray for you that you find just one woman with great Faith who will hearken to what you have told me, who will believe and repent because the judgment is soon.

8 GROWTH TRAPS FROM THE 15 INVALUABLE LAWS OF GROWTH BY JOHN MAXWELL

1. The Assumption Gap—“I Assume That I Will Automatically Grow”

When we are children, our bodies grow automatically. A year goes by, and we become taller, stronger, more capable of doing new things and facing new challenges. I think many people carry into adulthood a subconscious belief that mental, spiritual, and emotional growth follows a similar pattern. Time goes by, and we simply get better.

Musician Bruce Springsteen commented, “A time comes when you need to stop waiting for the man you want to become and start being the man you want to be.” No one improves by accident. Personal growth doesn’t just happen on its own. And once you’re done with your formal education, you must take complete ownership of the growth process, because nobody else will do it for you. As Michel de Montaigne observed, “No wind favors him who has no destined port.” If you want your life to improve, you must improve yourself. You must make that a tangible target.

2. The Knowledge Gap—“I Don’t Know How to Grow”

Designer, artist, and consultant Loretta Staples says, “If you are clear with what you want, the world responds with clarity.” Many people learn only from the school of hard knocks. Difficult experiences teach them lessons “the hard way,” and they change—sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse. The lessons are random and difficult. It’s much better to plan your growth intentionally. You decide where you need or want to grow, you choose what you will learn, and you follow through with discipline going at the pace you set.

3. The Timing Gap—“It’s Not the Right Time to Begin”

When I was a kid, one of my father’s favorite riddles to us went like this: Five frogs are sitting on a log. Four decide to jump off. How many are left?
The first time he asked me, I answered, “One.”
“No,” he responded. “Five. Why? Because there’s a difference between deciding and doing!”
That was a point that Dad often drove home with us. American politician Frank Clark said, “What great accomplishments we’d have in the world if everybody had done what they intended to do.” Most people don’t act as quickly as they should on things. They find themselves subject to the Law of Diminishing Intent, which says, “The longer you wait to do something you should do now, the greater the odds that you will never actually do it.”

If you are, you’re probably anxious to start growing and developing. But what if you’re not? Whether you feel prompted to or not, now is the time to start growing. Author and professor Leo Buscaglia asserted, “Life lived for tomorrow will always be a day away from being realized.” The reality is that you will never get much done unless you go ahead and do it before you are ready. If you’re not already intentionally growing, you need to get started today. If you don’t, you may reach some goals, which you can celebrate, but you will eventually plateau. Once you start growing intentionally, you can keep growing and keep asking “What’s next?”

4. The Mistake Gap—“I’m Afraid of Making Mistakes”

Growing can be a messy business. It means admitting you don’t have the answers. It requires making mistakes. It can make you look foolish. Most people don’t enjoy that. But that is the price of admission if you want to improve.

If you want to grow, you need to get over any fear you may have of making mistakes. As author and professor Warren Bennis asserts, “A mistake is simply another way of doing things.” To become intentional about growing, expect to make mistakes every day, and welcome them as a sign that you are moving in the right direction.

5. The Perfection Gap—“I Have to Find the Best Way Before I Start”

Similar to the Mistake Gap is the Perfection Gap, the desire to find the “best” way to get started in a growth plan. When Curt presented me with the idea of a growth plan, I went looking for the best way. But what I discovered is that I had it backward. I had to get started if I wanted to find the best way. As you move forward, a little more of the road is revealed to you. If you want to see more of the way, then get moving.

6. The Inspiration Gap—“I Don’t Feel Like Doing It”

We have news for you. Motivation is not going to strike you like lightning. And motivation is not something that someone else can bestow or force on you. The whole idea of motivation is a trap. Forget motivation. Just do it.

Motivation is like love and happiness. It’s a by-product. When you’re actively engaged in doing something, it sneaks up and zaps you when you least expect it.
As Harvard psychologist Jerome Bruner says, “You’re more likely to act yourself into feeling than feel yourself into action.” So act! Whatever it is you know you should do, do it.

Preparation (growth) + Attitude + Opportunity + Action (doing something about it) = Luck

As Jim Rohn said, “You cannot change your destination overnight, but you can change your direction overnight.” If you want to reach your goals and fulfill your potential, become intentional about personal growth. It will change your life.

1 Rational and Emotional.

It is mentioned in the book that there are two different bits of intelligence. Throughout our lives, we make decisions by being influenced by these two types of intelligence. Who we are, what we do, our reactions depend entirely on it. The underlying reason for our very clever actions or our irrational but feel-good behaviors depends on these two types of intelligence.

2 / IQ Isn’t As Important As We Think

IQ can’t get you beyond being a good employee. It makes you graduate from school, but it can’t find you a job. When you go to the job interview, your diploma cannot answer the questions during the interview. You need to have good communication with the person who will hire you. It all depends on your emotional intelligence.

3 Areas of Emotional Intelligence

Emotional intelligence is responsible for our motivation, awareness, empathy, and relationships. They’re all interconnected, and if you’re bad at one, you’re more likely to be bad at the others.

4 The Emotional Brain Is Stronger

The outer upper part of our brain is the part where we make rational decisions, while the lower part is the part where we make emotional decisions. No matter how rational beings we may appear, we can very easily be deceived by the emotional brain. We can find excuses to trick the rational brain into doing what the emotional brain wants.

5 Others’ Feelings

Thanks to our empathy, we can truly understand how others are feeling. If we could not distinguish between happy or angry people, there would be incredible chaos. Beyond these two basic emotions, we must develop an ability to empathize. In the absence of empathy, our communication aspect is affected very badly.

6 Motivation

Our motivation, which enables us to endure the problems we face for a long time, is also a product of emotional intelligence. We can convince ourselves that we can solve problems. We can remain optimistic and have hope for the future.

7 Awareness

One of our most difficult aspects to develop is our awareness. We must practice understanding how we truly feel. We must ask ourselves questions. We must listen to ourselves.

8 Relationships

Relationships cannot be let go. It must be managed. This requires mutual tolerance and understanding. If you know how to resolve conflicts, it turns into a happy relationship for both parties.

9 Negative and Positive Emotions

Our emotions change every moment, but the longer negative emotions stay, the more negatively they affect our lives. It prevents us from being successful in our work and relationships. Fortunately, these feelings are not difficult to change. You can learn to turn negative emotions into positive ones.

10 Productivity

The secret of long and happy marriages is sincerity in your feelings. If your marriage was not built on this basis of intimacy from the very beginning, it will begin to crack over the years. Even small problems become unsolvable. You have to be emotionally open at the beginning of the road.

As soon as you feel a different emotion, try to think before you act. Because emotional intelligence moves faster than rational intelligence, it can make you act irrationally and make you say any unnecessary words.
