It all started in 2014 when @sani.matovu saw Gideon, a 5-year-old who fished on a rock in Lake Victoria instead of attending school.
Fast forward, together with the Kalangala District Education Forum, Bbanga Project is setting up a seven-level boarding school on the main island and the primary aim of this school is to enable children from the islands without access to educational facilities to attend and graduate from primary school.
More than 1100 students benefit from Bbanga through Education, Health, Nutrition, and social programs.
I recently visited Kalangala and saw hope and joy as I interacted with some of the children and mothers being supported by the Bbanga Project programs.

I recently checked out @middleeastresturant and tried out their Shawarma (dubbed the King Of Shawarma) at only UGX10,000.
That was my first time having one but it tastes great & I enjoyed every bite.
I can't recommend it enough.
It’s something you need to try out and a go-to place for anyone that loves Arab cuisines.

I take almost all my tourist friends in Uganda to this house of prayer.
The Uganda National Mosque is the largest 🕌 in East Africa.
Situated on one of Kampala's Seven Hills, it is the only skyscraper mosque in Uganda 🇺🇬.
Former President of the Republic of Uganda Idi Amin started it's construction in 1972 but only completed in 2007 with a donation from Colonel Gadaffi.
