Karibu Presidential Awards
Karibu East Africa Presidential Awards was conceived in 2015 by Africa News Group Limited as a platform to recognize the performance of policy makers especially the Heads of State in adopting and implementing policies in the East African Community. The idea is to start assessing and rating the contribution made by an individual leader in each of the six member states of EAC. The policy makers also include other politicians and technocrats. These awards will also be used to assess how the private sector appreciates and participates in regional integration.
