"TUMBIZA SOUND" SINGER FACES DIFFICULTIES

Eric Opoka, commonly known as Eezzy is faced with challenges as Ministry of Health Uganda (MoH) writes to Uganda Communication Commission (UCC) to ban his trending song "Tumbiza Sound".
The song which has become a household tune allover Uganda and East Africa is alleged to spread messages contrary to Covid-19 guidelines. According to the Ministry, the song encourages complacency among the public. UCC is yet to respond to this letter by MoH.
This comes at a time when the singer's social media accounts are under attack by unknown hackers who allegedly took over his YouTube, Instagram and Facebook accounts.

Eezzy, a Gulu born dancehall artist became a household name after successfully releasing a number of his songs including "Mega", a collabo he did with Lydia Jazmine and the famous "Tumbiza sound" .
His fame attributed to his creativity, knowledge of his audiences' expectations and the recent fusion of Luganda into his songs leading to a tremendous expansion of his fan base.

Watch his Tumbiza sound here.
