Blue by Alain Ducasse at ICONSIAM introduces its latest masterpiece, 'Artisan Panettone,' crafted by Christophe Grilo, the executive pastry and artisan baker. Every slice of this delight reveals a cross-section of featherlight texture adorned with raisins and candied citrus peels. At the heart lies a special starter yeast that has been nurtured by Chef Christophe for over 14 years and takes a process of over 40 hours, making each bite a depth of flavour that only time and meticulous care can achieve.

Gastronomes can now revel in this craftsmanship, available every Tuesday and Friday from 12 noon onwards. Two sizes are available, 350 gms for THB 1,950 net. and 500 gms for THB 2,500 net. Advanced pre-orders are required. The treat can be collected at the restaurant or delivery service.
