Transform your thought patterns and regain control over your erratic imagination ⬇️
⚡️Everytime we use these affirmations, we are creating new neuronal pathways in our brain. Everytime we repeat them, we make these pathways stronger. With consistency, it becomes a natural way of thinking, transforming our minds forever for the better.
⚡️We start becoming more conscious about what we think about, and how our mind works. This allows us to identify the thoughts that come from fear. Whenever that happens, we can replace the toxic thought with the opposite, coming from love instead of fear.
⚡️This doesn't happen overnight. However, each time we apply this technique, we are one step closer to creating healthy thought habits.
⚡️Take it slow and allow yourself to have your own timing to figure things out. Growth is a long-term commitment, not a short-term goal.
⚡️ I have been using this method every day for the last 5 years to overcome chronic pain and anxiety. I still use it today and it's one of the most powerful tools I have learned.
⚡️It works really well when combined with movement, good food, rest, connecting with ourselves, connecting with nature, and doing what we love.
