Financial Oversight: Manage all financial aspects of the agency, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, monitor payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.

Purchase Orders (POs): Develop and maintain a streamlined process for creating, tracking, and managing purchase orders.

Accounts Management: Oversee the agency's financial accounts, including payables and receivables, and manage cash flow effectively.

Salary Management: Administer and oversee payroll and benefits for agency employees, ensuring accurate and timely payments

Strong accounts and communication skills are essential for this role, ensuring accurate reconciliation and effective interaction.
