"I want to create opportunities for MY PEOPLE without asking them anything in return."
I was amazed by the spirit of Origency's co-founder Fahim Sadiq, who has vast experience in the traditional market and has worked with the renowned brand as a brand manager. Origency's co-founder, Faheem, is a young, ambitious, and patriotic guy who aspires to be an entrepreneur who values integrity and honesty. At the peak of his corporate career, he left his great job and comfort zone and dived into the challenges of being an entrepreneur. He narrates a story of being nothing to something in a short period, i.e., the journey of Origency started with 0 balance, and now it's at the point where it's one of the good agencies of Pakistan and still more to achieve.
What was unique about Origecny was that it has four central foundation pillars, good leadership, an enthusiastic team, integrity, and patriotism, which make them different from others as well. As working in a market, Origency shared about the problems it is facing, specifically dishonesty and to be granted attitude of local businesses.
Faheem and Haseeb (Founders of Origency) duo tries to create unity among the digital agencies and set some rules & regulations while being in the market (Long way to go, bro). What's inspiring in them is that in today's era of selfishness, they talk about moral values and regard them as necessary as the foundation of a business.
Although Origecny has a long way to go and will nurture itself in the future, it will impact the market if it sticks to its central pillars. It's tough but is not impossible.....to be continued

I have read Kotler and his fantastic theories about the marketing world. Several approaches were so relatable back in 2018 when I was in a business school and was in awe of marketing. I wanted to inspire the world by practically applying my studies to real-world experiences! But Boom! COVID-19!
Since Covid-19, the world has drastically changed and challenged many traditional ways of marketer's thoughts. Post-Covid, the marketers are forced to use tactics that never even existed back in 2018! To attract customers, a marketer needs to use the process of 5A's, i.e., Aware, Appeal, Ask, Act, and Advocate.

Aware: A stage when the customer exposes several brands who can be you or your competitors through ZMOT or Desire. Desire to get that brand or consume that experience.

Example: National Foods Limited VS Shan Foods Private Limited.
companies are creating reminders and awareness of their brands through emotional appeals and generating a sense of belonging to their audience by creating cultural ads. Still many Pakistanis women debate about the taste of shan vs national biryani masala when they cook their Biryani

Appeal: When people consider the different brands, what impact does your company's appearance on digital platforms have on them? How your potential customer is aware of your marketing and how your content is helping YOU to make a long-lasting appeal to their minds.

Example: Amreli Steels Limited
Creating SOLID imagery through their advertisement in B2C markets and performing an overwhelming presence in B2B markets.

Ask: A path where your social reputation matters a lot. People, after consideration, go to their community and ASK about your benefits to them. They want to double-check their concern and make a final decision based on their thinking.

Example: KUZA Ventures
A strong social circle is what matters in the HR world. and KUZA's recent event Business Nerd (where all the HR Professionals had a great time) showcased its strong grip on the concept of HR socializing.

Act: Once satisfied with the community's review, people will buy from you and expect a wow factor.

Example: Dr. Imran Batada ☑ Global CIO Award Winner
A number of courses just filled up because Sir Imran holds a strong grip on all the above stages, due to which a lot of students join his offerings and become more productive.

Advocate: A sense of solid loyalty that is cherished by the customers when they become an advocate of your brand.

Well, my mentions show I am a great advocate of all the above brands as they represent and walk on new customer paths!
