Playing the claw machine in the Linkon arcade is a must! Especially when on a date with the male leads of LnD. I spent most of my free time playing this game, and each male lead has plushies or stuffed toys representing them.
I usually create traditional art works using various mediums, and I've only become interested in trying digital art last year. It's fine to try new things, particularly when creating art. This has always been what I thought, and it helped me learn that I am good or bad at certain things. (=///=)

This illustration perfectly represents the state of my brain right now- my current addictions, BINI and Sonny Angels! Inspired by this, I reimagined Maloi as a Sonny Angel in one of her iconic outfits.
I began drawing traditionally during high school. As my love for drawing grew, I started exploring digital art and eventually began doing it more digitally. I've been on and off with this hobby but recently started doing it again. Currently, I'm rediscovering my passion for it.

Ever since I was a child, I found fishes alluringโ which is why I made it as the subject in this artwork. This is inspired by Yin & Yang which symbolize balance.โฏ๏ธ
This is one of the first acrylic paintings that I've ever painted. I started drawing portraits using charcoal and graphite in the midst of the health crisis and then started exploring other types of medium. After few years of doing this kind of hobby, I can say that I have really improved. It is me and art in this unbalanced chaos.๐จโจ

Something about the Rain
My journey for the past few months has been an uphill battle against myself; I don't know what I'm doing, I lost my passion for my dream, and I don't know what I want to be in the future. All these silent battles of mine mold a new character inside me, indeed a very different person from whom I used to be, but whenever I hear the sound of rain, see the running droplets of rain in the window, the city lights at night, it gives me a feeling of comfort that somehow heals the blues inside of me.
I was born and raised in the countryside, surrounded by nature. This became my inspiration for my art โsolely based on the living world. I do not possess a great talent in this field; I can draw, but not in an exceptional way, I love art, but I am not a prodigy. After I graduated from senior high school, I decided to move to the city to expand my horizons. It's never been easyโnothing is easy in this worldโ I guess I really miss the place where I grew up, but somehow, there is something about the rain that gives me the warmth of home. That's why this became my subject, you may find it plain and boring, but for me, it's my medicine.

Creating pretty drawings is what drives me to continue making art. Though I may lack the skills to produce highly intricate illustrations, I find joy in making art and capturing the beauty of things in my own way. While my drawings may not convey deep meanings, I enjoy sharing my vision of beauty with others and embracing the imperfections that come with each creation.
This illustration, I think, encapsulates what I'm saying above. I made this illustration with the sole idea of drawing a woman in a Filipiniana with colors from the Philippine Flag. I also added accessories like gold earrings and pearl necklaces to match the Philippine theme. Although it doesn't have any deep meaning and was made purely for aesthetics, I liked drawing it as it showcases the beauty and grace I want to express in my creations.

I got into video editing because I love how it brings stories to life with multimedia. With video editing, you can combine images, sounds, and text to create a powerful experience for viewers. It's also a great way to show off your technical and creative skills.

This is about our professors who made us who we are today. Each day there are challenges and problems that they encounter with the students. Saying thank you to them is fulfilling and heartwarming to our professors, who have believed in us since day one and helped us throughout our journey.
On the other hand, video editing caught my attention as it requires extensive focus and discipline. As a student, I believe that this skill will help me hone my ability to maintain my focus under pressure and help me to gain more knowledge about different kinds of editing, like animation which is very unique to me.

I have always thought that I entered the Carat world too late. But Scoups once said that you discovered Seventeen just in time when you needed them. Their burning passion towards their music, the talents they fostered, the connection with their fans that they built over the years, those were the reasons that made me love them. It may took me 9 years before I discovered my love for them but โtil the last โSay the Nameโ, I will follow.
And maybe someday, Iโll meet the people who inspired me the most during the darkest times of my life.

This song makes me feel nostalgic every time I listen to it. After ten years together, 5 Seconds of Summer wrote the song "2011" with their fans in mind, reflecting on the start of their career. Somehow, I witnessed them grow from teens into successful adult men in their careers.
I started as a traditional artist doing calligraphy, and my passion for graphic design began as a hobby two years ago, with most of my edits being about 5 Seconds of Summer since they're my inspiration. Now, I couldn't be happier when people like my posts, share them on their Instagram stories, or add them to their favorites on TikTok. I'm just thankful to those who keep supporting my journey, and let's see where it goes in the future!

The words on this are from the song "Dreams" by The Cranberries. I feel nostalgic every time I hear this song, so I combined it with a childhood memory that I think all of us had: picking the Santan flowers from the bushes and turning them into braceletsโ but not before tasting the sweet nectar first!
My fascination for graphic design goes back to my childhood before I knew it was called graphic design. Now, in this fast-paced uni life, I didn't want to lose my passion for it. That's why I joined organizations like JFINEX-Creatives to keep the passion alive and find a community with the same interest and love for the arts!

My love for that 2000s style will never run out. The music, the fashion, and the style will forever be top-tier. Trying out this effect on my favorite K-pop boy, Doyoung, is perfect!
I get a lot of inspiration from Korean pop and its themes when editing. Little did I know it would take me on this transformative creative path under JFINEX Creatives where I would develop my adoration for chrome text effects.

Though I watched this series over a year ago, this monologue from 'Fleabag' stuck with me indefinitely. I believe a large part of this issue arises from the fact that women's pain, menstruation, and biology are often ignored. Our pain is frequently portrayed in relation to men, family, friends, and increasingly, careersโwhich isn't necessarily badโbut it rarely addresses our biological experiences which are a significant part of our lives. While I don't want women to be defined by pain, I firmly believe that our experiences won't improve if our biological truths aren't more accepted in mainstream media. This lack of representation perpetuates a culture where women feel ashamed or embarrassed about natural processes and contributes to ongoing stigmatization.
That's why I started doing graphic designโto portray these issues and give a voice to the experiences that are often silenced or overlooked. Not only as a hobby but a passion of mine. I started learning graphic design from Pinterest where I got most of my inspiration. As I honed my skills, I pushed myself to learn more from watching tutorials on platforms like YouTube to master Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Over time, I used this skill to do commissions and to advocate for important causes.

I actually started by making traditional arts, then video editing, until I became interested in creating graphic designs. I too feel burnt out and out of ideas from time to time. I just trust the process and wait to see what the outcome will be.

Anyone can do the grand gestures, but not everyone can ๐ช๐ถ๐ต๐บ๐ฐ๐บ๐ป๐ฌ๐ต๐ป๐ณ๐ do something. This artwork is inspired by one of the tracks of the Japanese singer-songwriter Milet's second album visions. The song "Ordinary Days" talks about finding beauty in the regular things that happen every day. These routine moments, even though they might seem ordinary, are what make life feel good and secure.
From doing traditional art, I am now exploring the world of digital art through graphics design. I joined an online infographics contest during my freshman year. Little did I know that this helped digital art to find me.
