I discovered email copywriting nung 2021. Member ako ng isang FB group where a certain John Pagulayan is sharing a lot of free training.
Dahil ang dami kong natutunan, na-curious ako kung ano ba talaga ginagawa niya. And that’s when I found out na he write emails for a living pala.
Honestly, when I found out more about it, iniisip ko if this is something I should pursue kasi proven na niya eh. Kaso kasi, hindi naman ako magaling sa English. Litong lito pa nga ako sa mga is, was, in, on na ‘yan. Haha! Kaya I let it go muna.
A year passed, I learned that John Pagulayan is teaching exactly how they could also earn from writing emails kahit na 6th grade level lang yung English mo. And he was also doing it with a guy named “Allan Ngo” who turned out to be another email copywriter na pinoy.
Again, na-curious ako! 6th grade level? Talaga ba? So I signed-up to their email list.
Immediately, they shared this “Black Friday” template, wherein you could help US businesses get more sales during Black Friday.
May exact scripts pa on what to say to the businesses. Plus testimonials nung mga gumamit na before.
I was shocked.

Ang Kwento ng Lolo at ang resipe ng Pritong Manok

True-to-life story ito Bes
Picture this Isang matanda, broke, may resipe nang pritong manok, pero walang kumakagat. Ouch, right?

So, si Lolo, todo try magbenta sa mga restauran.
Ang problema, laging NO ang nakukuha nito
Sakit sa puso, bes.

Pero si Lolo, di nag-give up!
Naglakbay, inalok ang resipe ng libre.

Guess what?
after 1009 No may nag isang nag yes at dito nagsimula mag-click sa KFC!

Ang isang YES na iyon ay nagbukas ng pintuan para kay Lolo. At sa wakas, nagkaruon ng Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC), ang sikat na pritong manok na kilala natin ngayon.

There was a blind girl who hated herself purely for the fact she was blind.

The only person she didn’t hate was her loving boyfriend, as he was always there for her.

She said that if she could only see the world, she would marry him.

One day, someone donated a pair of eyes to her

now she could see everything, including her boyfriend.

Her boyfriend asked her, “now that you can see the world, will you marry me?”

The girl was shocked when she saw that her boyfriend was blind too, and refused to marry him.

Her boyfriend walked away in tears, and later wrote a letter to her saying:

“Just take care of my eyes dear.”

Moral of the story:
When our circumstances change, so does our mind. Some people may not be able to see the way things were before, and might not be able to appreciate them. There are many things to take away from this story, not just one.
