Meet our ✨📸

I’m Charles, a Cinematographer/Photographer based in California. My creative journey started as a hobby nung 2016. Nahook agad sa photography since eto lang yung isang art form na I can confidently say that I am good at.

Through countless hours of taking photos, videos, and editing, I finally transitioned this hobby into a profession in 2022. Isa sa mga bagay na nag push sakin na i-pursue to ay mga podcast tulad ng Kwentong Creatives. I would listen to KC and other pods while working at the grocery store and every time, naiinspire ako lalo pang mag-create and seryosohin to.

Some of the things I put into habit is sharing my work. You never know kung sino makakakita ng work mo. I actually got most of my gigs because of social media. Another thing that I learned is how important networking is. Don’t be afraid to reach out to other people that you want to work with kasi di mo alam baka replyan ka nila. Networking is very important especially to us creatives. “Your network, is your net worth”

Hi, I’m Daphne Sagun (but everyone calls me Daph)! I’m a Manila-based writer who has penned articles, short stories, and personal essays for both print and digital publications. When I’m not busy writing, you can find me jamming out on my ukulele and obsessing over musicals!

When I was 10 years old, my class adviser had us write an “Introduce Yourself” essay. She saw my potential and put me in my school’s journalism program, and I haven’t stopped writing ever since. After ten years of rough drafts and cliché writing, I have now found my way into building my career as a print and digital writer.

I’m the kind of person now who believes in tarot cards, crystals, and manifesting, but as Cinderella’s Godmother said, “Even miracles take a little time.” As much as we like to dream and “manifest,” we have to help the universe bring it to fruition by taking action. There’s no harm in believing in a little bit of pixie dust, but you have to spread your own wings to take flight.
