Buffet price is around ₱2,500 per head but with the inclusions for me it’s a win. Their beef cubes are very soft and tender to masticate and munch on, their prawns and crabs are fresh and you can definitely savor every bite of these seafood delicacies.

Their also pour their tea in a very unique way, sometimes even getting me caught off guard that I even got frightened one time since I was caught by surprise by the sudden clap at the end.

Will definitely swing by again next time.

As we age, we experience a number of other factors such as numbing of hands, weakened grip and hand fatigue. Especially if you are juggling a lot of tasks on a day to day.

Apparently weakened grip can be co-related to your health condition as a stronger grip can indicate a lower risk of heart attack and stroke. This is according to a study in the Journal of Strength and Conditioning Research

Now that I started doing at least 20 squeezes of stress ball per hand and 1 glass of 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗼𝗹 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 a day which helped increase my grip strength in as fast as 7 days. 🥳 Yes! In just 7 days, I noticed that my hand does not easily get that much tired even after using my laptop for hours on a day to day and my grip became more stronger when picking up things.

Jollibee has always been a big part of my childhood. Usually after mass when I was a kid, we would usually dine in there and eat as a family.

And now that I am already a mom and have kids of my own. Jollibee is still part of our family meals. My kids love the JollySpaghetti and chickenjoy and I love seeing them smile while eating their favorite meal.

As a 30 something year old working mom, my schedule on a day to day can be hectic.
