The new generation of heroes has arrived. Kumu and Penlab bring you Hero Watch, a Penlab Original superhero webtoon series about all-new heroes for hire who save people for a living, created by Bernie Mercado, Nissie Arcega, and hit webcomic artist Tsambolero.

Ped-Z Panadero is an impulsive young technopreneur notorious for his countless failed startups. After his college friends leave him with nowhere left to go, Ped-Z accidentally swallows a cockroach. This prompts an alien encounter with a "friendly, business-minded cockroach man" who offers him the chance to be a superhero.

Coming to the realization that with great privilege comes great responsibility, he decides to put his gifts to use and save people using his powers. Ped-Z, ever the businessman, thinks of the most novel idea ever: Create an app to help people. He develops the Uber for superheroes, the H Watch, a booking platform that lets you rent a superpowered being for whatever you need--for a fee.

The path to launching a new business is a difficult one, and our young hero finds that mixing startups and superheroes opens an unprecedented Pandora's box of business rivals, evil plans to turn all of Manila into furries, and old cranky vigilantes who don't want tech all up in their business.

To save the city, Ped-Z must team up with his fellow heroes for hire and assemble... the old-fashioned way.
