Due to the water level increase of Talomo River along Brgy. Tugbok Proper monitored on Code Red (Critical Level) still increasing, while along Bailey Bridge, Brgy. Talomo Proper is monitored on Code Orange (Warning Level) increasing.

With these, the BDRRMC, Volunteer groups, Safety and Security clusters in Brgy. Talomo Proper are advised to conduct pre-emptive evacuation to the communities living near the river channels and flood-prone areas, and feedback to APOBASE on any changes in the area.
