A bit about me?

I am a dedicated Life Coach helping women reignite their fire inside. 🔥

I am a wife 💍 to my amazing hubby, Ryan ❤️ we are just shy of 2 years.

I have an incredible son & step-kids, all ranging from 2, 6, 9 and 13! It's an incredible age range and I am learning so much as I didn't have any siblings growing up, myself!

I was an only child so plenty of time on my hands 🤭 probably a little too much. 🤭

Who said that we can't do it all? ;) I'm proof that we sure can 😉

I thrive on a challenge, I have always held integrity and really do appreciate every client that I get to work with. I promise that you will get 100% from me, I would be doing us both a disservice if I didn't show up 100% for you. Coaching is my life call. 💖

I am a creative at heart 🎨 and only really just realizing that! I grew up around my Mum who is an entrepreneur that has taught me so much. I watched her carve out her life for herself having her own hours as a teacher that worked from home and helped many kids on the spectrum.

I am interested in how the brain 🧠 works as I studied Psychology back when I was younger, prior to my son. Life had other plans for me 🤭 I dabbled in Media Studies, Photography. I even had my own YouTube channel at one stage!

I love creating things, it brings my heart joy to help whoever God puts on my path. 🛣 God is good like that! 🫶

If for any reason I feel I cannot help you or we are not a right fit for each other I will tell you. 😊

Wisdom Word of the Day!

1. Remove yourself from toxic people. ❌️

How to recognize a toxic person:

They give you the judgmental look 👀 (or they have a judgmental attitude) sometimes both 👀

Their smiling but their eyes are lying. 🤔🤨 hmm..

They are always broke & asking for money 🤨🙅‍♀️ whenever they see you 👀 or are in communication with you 🤨💭 due to plain laziness or addiction(s). 🤢

They are always looking out for their wants, their needs & their desires without thinking or caring about what you may need, or anyone else around them! 😱 These are the people 👓 only looking out for themselves. NO DEAL 🙅‍♀️

People who you feel so drained around 😒💀😮‍💨 these my friend are called energy vampires. They like to suck the positive energy out of you 😈 leaving with you nothing and them with everything. Protect your peace! 🕊

Gossipers 🗣 People who gossip are likely to talk about you when you aren't in the room.

🦎 Chameleons - They change around the people they are with, whether this is due to trauma or something else. Avoid these people at all costs, unless you want to help them live their authentic lives - otherwise send them to myself ;)

Maybe you recognise yourself in these toxic traits, but that's okay as the beautiful thing about life is you can always change who you are and who you want to be.

My name is Hannah, I reside in New Zealand with my hubby and four children. 1 of which is mine, and the other 3 are my husbands.

I am putting myself on the line here, because I know my services can help someone.

I have been in and out of therapy my whole life, studied Psychology to learn about human behaviour and how to help people.
